Policies & Guidelines
We encourage all guests to review our policies before making a reservation. Understanding our guidelines on check-in times, cancellations, pets, and other important details helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Little Inn on Main. Please reach out to us directly with any questions regarding your upcoming visit.
Lodging Policies
Park in the Little Inn on Main private parking lot located in the rear of the buliding in the spot that matches your room number. Only one car per spot, additional vehicles can park in public lot located behind the private lot.
To access the facility from Main Street thru the BIG RED DOOR enter code 9500.
The Code to enter your room is the last 4 digits of your phone number used on your reservation followed by the unlock button.. EX: 5555 UNLOCK... Your code will not work until after 3pm!
Children and Pets
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult
PETS are welcome in rooms 101 thru 105 ONLY!, up to 35 lbs. $25 per pet, per day. ROOMS 101 THRU 105 ARE PET FRIENDLY WITH FEE. ROOMS 201 THRU 205 ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $500.00 FOR CLEANING NEW CARPET> NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!
If your pet is unable to be controlled you will be asked to leave the property and will not be refunded.
You must be 25 years of age to book a room.

OUR POLICIES
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If they cancel between 7-14 days before check-in they will get back 50%, otherwise they will not get a refund. Special Exceptions for Acts of Nature.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
Check-in: Anytime After 3:00 PM
All efforts will be made to have your vacation home cleaned and ready by your check-in time, but at times we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances. Please do not arrive before the check in time.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Check-out time must be met to allow cleaning to be completed for the next guest(s). Guests that occupy the property beyond 11:00 AM without prior approval will be
charged a late check-out fee equivalent to $50.00 for each hour of occupancy beyond
the checkout time.
Parking is limited to ONE vehicle per room and is labled matching room number...ex room 101 parking spot 101. ANY ADDITIONAL GUEST MUST PARK IN THE CHURCH LOT LOCATED BEHIND LITTLE INN ON MAIN LOT. Parking passes are located in the rooms upon arrival, please place on rear view mirror. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
